Finding an Honest Dealer
Our company will always advise customers that before looking into a dealership, they should first speak with the Better Business Bureau. A good dealership will have nothing to hide, and it will help you to find the companies with a B+ or better. It takes hard work and a special care for your customers to receive a good rating with the BBB. In addition, you will be able to spot the companies that received poor ratings with the BBB. The main idea behind this, however, is that you will never run across a con artist on the BBB’s website.
Con artists operate best through ignorance, and most of them will change their name and phone number every couple years. Sometimes, they will not even have a business license. We also have the legal copier crooks who ripped off so many customers that they had threatened the BBB with a lawyer if they did not remove the information on the site. In all cases, if you find a company not mentioned on the BBB’s website, it is likely they threatened the company, and you can still safely avoid the con artists.
