Should I Change Suppliers?
When many people get ready to replace their old copier, they will often ask themselves if they should remain with their current company. We have always believed that if you conduct your company with honesty and do what is within the best interest of the customer, you will keep your customers.
For any business, we believe that is what customers should look for in a company. If you have someone who genuinely has your best interests at heart, hang onto them.
The question is, does your copier company care about you? Have they acted based on what was best for them over what was best for you in the past? If your copier company has tried to pull the scam that they cannot find parts for your copier, and 95 percent of the time they can, then they are doing what is best for them. They want you to buy a new copier. This is one of the biggest tricks in the copier business, and we hope that you will not fall for it.
Once a copier company proves that they cannot be trusted, don’t walk, run out their door. You pay a lot of money for them to service your copier, and they should do what is right and be honest with you. If you have been lied to in the past by a sales representative, then they cannot be trusted to tell the truth. Do not reward a company for doing underhanded things.
